As we end the 2nd week of school closure, we hope that you're all doing well. We hope that the work our wonderful teachers are doing in preparing lessons and Zoom opportunities are working well. I'm hearing from our teachers that almost 100% of students are engaged in their learning. If for some reason, your child is having trouble accessing on-line materials or having difficulties with packets, please communicate that with your teacher.
We also hope that all of us are doing our part to slow down the spread of COVID-19. A few days ago, Governor Inslee announced the "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order for two weeks. This order tells us to stay home and help implement this simple strategy that can save lives. As a result, the TSD is closed for at least two week or until further notice.
However, we will continue to offer our "Grab and Go" food service program. Parents, you can pick up meals in front of the elementary school from 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Parents, on behalf of the entire TSD, we thank you for your partnership. We will get through this together. PLEASE tell your children that we miss them very much too!
