Announcement Update!
This event will take place on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
The Touchet School District is pleased to announce that two candidates have been selected to move forward in the superintendent selection process. Candidates invited to a second interview are Kris Duncan and Tim Dickey. The Board of Directors will conduct candidate interviews from 2:00 to 4:50 p.m. on June 2, 2026.
Community members are invited to participate in an opportunity to meet, interact with, and ask questions of both candidates from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the school library.
Following the community session, the Board will convene a special board meeting. Public comment will be accepted at the beginning of the meeting, with each speaker allotted up to three minutes.
After public comment, the Board will enter executive session to review feedback and deliberate on the candidates. The length of the executive session will be determined at that time. The Board will then reconvene in open session to take action on the next steps in the selection process.
